This Zeo looks very interesting, though a bit pricey at $200. I wonder how it compares to 99 cent apps on the iPhone, such as Sleep Cycle, which uses the iPhone's motion sensitivity to try to wake you up based on movement (tossing and turning) that normally occurs during lighter sleep cycles.
ReplyDeleteEven so, if this product really improves your sleep, its worth every penny, because I'd pay a LOT to improve the quality of my day, day after day, through improved sleep. I've addressed this issue in my blog in the past, which is what brought me to this video to begin with.
